Our CLS-360 "closed loop" system (for sheetfed presses only):

Our CLS-360 closed loop system contains a software package that interfaces the press console directly to an X-Rite ATS, ATD, IntelliTrax or similar Tobias auto scanning system.
 
Our custom, intuitive software reads the current ink key settings from the press console, compares it to the X-Rite or Tobias color-bar scan, and resends the adjusted ink key settings to the console.
 
As each new color-bar scan is performed, the software continues to improve the key settings in real time. This continues without manual operator adjustments during the complete run of the job.
